I have been thinking about buying at Humber Valley Resort for sometime now but relatively new to the west coast. Anyone live there and can give the pros and cons?
ReplyDeleteCan't understand why property is so cheap there. I remember reading years ago that properties were all pretty much $1 million plus. Why such a big fall?
I hear that the resort is run by a lawyer and he makes all the decisions. By all accounts it appears that he is implementing all sort of charges. It appears he seems to make up things as he goes along. There was a load of rubbish in the paper about him charging fees for services open ended pricing or charges. No one in their right mind would sign it but I've heard many people have. I've heard that this lawyer, Graeme Watton, is trying to sue the provincial government for something but it's no doubt politically motivated as he is well known as anti PC. Heard people won't get involved because of how he operates. Best view would wait until he he sells up or gets locked up for what he's doing.
